ישיבת משא ומתן ראשונה מול האוצר מאז סיום העיצומים

בחזרה לשולחן המשא ומתן.

לאחר סיום העיצומים ו"ניקוי השולחן" מול האוצר, נערכה היום פגישה ראשונה בין חברי ארגון העובדים לנציגי האוצר ובה דנו הצדדים בנושאים הבאים:

1. תוספת ה-40% לעובדים שהשלימו 10 שנים במשמרות ועברו לבוקר ללא תאונת עבודה.

2. ביטול רצף שלוש המשמרות בחופשה.

3. מסלול שימור לעובדי דור הבט"פ (מס' פעימות לתקופה של עשר שנים).

4. הגדלת ההפרשות לקרן ההשתלמות לדורות ב' + ג'.

5. הגדלת מכסת ימי החופשה לדורות ב' + ג'.

6. המעבר למרכבה (נוכחות) - ארגון העובדים דרש סימולציות מדוייקות בטרם החתימה.

7. הגדרת עובדי המטה כתומכי לחימה, הגדרה שתביא עימה תגמול בהתאם. כמו כן הועלתה דרישה כי אנשי הלוגיסטיקה והמניעה ייזכו לתגמול נוסף כתומכי לחימה.

8. תגמול עבור דרגות בד״א לעובדי מטה ולכבאים.

בסיום הפגישה הבטיחו נציגי האוצר להגיע לישיבה הבאה עם תחשיבים מדוייקים לאחר שיבדקו את העלות הכספית של כלל הנושאים.
