עדכונים מישיבת היו״רים שהתקיימה הערב

מספר עדכונים כפי שעלו בישיבת הזום שהתקיימה בין יושבי ראש הוועדים מכל התחנות בארץ וחברי מזכירות ארגון העובדים:

• כספי רווחה שלא משולמים לנו – תוגש עתירה בנושא אחרי סוכות אין להשתתף בימי העיון/גיבוש - אלה ימים שמתוקצבים מהכספים שלנו. הוכח בעבר שגיבושים וטיולים שנעשו על ידי הוועדים, היו בצורה הטובה ביותר וכך צריך שיהיה גם בעתיד.

 

• ״הסכם קטן״ - נידונים בו ארבעה נושאים:

א. תוספת השכר 1.9% - תוספת שהוקפאה, תוספת זו הוחזקה עד היום לצורך המשא ומתן העתידי שאמור להביא לשיפור ממשי בתנאי שכר העובדים.

נכון להתפתחויות האחרונות יועבר תשלום רטרואקטיבי כבר בקרוב (סדר גודל בין 6000-7000 ש״ח לעובד).
התשלום קדימה יישמר לטובת הסכם כולל.

ב. עובדי מטה (שלא היה כבאים) – תוספת שכר עידוד של 10%, עלינו לוודא שלא תהיה הפליה בין עובד לעובד.

ג. תוספת אובדן משמרת לכבאים שנפצעו/מחלה – יינתן פתרון חלקי לשיפור אובדן המשמרת עד להסדר במשא ומתן כולל.

ד. מענק (2 פעימות) עבור כלכלה יוגדל לאור אי יישום ההסכם.

 

• זקנים – קבע בית המשפט שדינה של הנחיית הנציב להתבטל!!! עוד קבע בית המשפט שעל נציב הכבאות לדאוג שהנחייתו בדבר הזקנים תקבע בתקנות שאותן יתקין שר הבט״פ. ברור לנו שהנציב עושה כל שביכולתו כדי לקדם תקנות אלה. תאריך היעד שנתן לו בית המשפט הוא עד ל5.11. אם עד לתאריך זה לא יותקנו תקנות שכאלה יירד נושא הזקנים מסדר היום – גם לא 3 מ״מ.

• מצלמות – נדהמנו לגלות שברכבים הותקנו מצלמות כיפה ביתיות שמסוגלות לשדר לאחור בזמן אמת וידאו ואודיו! פתחנו מייד בפעולות על מנת לעצור את הפגיעה האנושה בזכויות הבסיסיות ביותר שלנו לפרטיות, פגיעה שנעשתה בניגוד גמור לכל סיכום ואף לפסיקתו של בית המשפט, למעשה ביזיון בית משפט והחלטתו בנושא.

• מכרזים – בהסכמת הצדדים ניתן פסק דין השבוע שקבע כי נציג ועד יוכל לשבת בוועדת מכרזים בכל תחנה שבמחוז שלו למעט בתחנתו. סיכום זה הוא בניגוד לדרישת הנציב שנציג ועד יכול היה לשבת במכרז של מחוז אחר בלבד.

בנוסף, קבע השופט כי במכרזי קצונה נציג הוועד יהיה קצין ואם לא יהיה קצין לוועדה תצא פניה להחרגת איש ועד בד״א במכרז שכזה וזאת לאחר אישור החרגה. נושא זה מחייב את שינוי התקשי״ר וכך יהיה.

• פגיעות שכר – נושא פגיעות השכר ( אובדן משמרת 40% ושעות נוספות) – השופט ביקש שיתקיים שיח ביננו לבין האוצר. בפגישה הראשונה לא הגענו לסיכומים עם פקידי האוצר, לאחר החגים תתקיים פגישה נוספת שאם גם בסופה לא יושגו הסכמות יחזור הדיון לבית המשפט.

• תשלום המשך משמרת לדור ג׳ ובט״פ - קיים סיכום בועדת היגוי על תשלום המשך משמרת. בתקופה האחרונה עם כל האירועים האחרונים גילינו שתשלום המשך המשמרת לא מבוצע לפי הסיכומים שנסגרו בוועדת ההיגוי , אחרי החג ייצא מכתב בנושא ובמידה ולא יתוקן תוגש עתירה.
