בחודשים האחרונים החל המשא ומתן על הסכם קיבוצי חדש לעובדי מערך הכבאות. המשא ומתן צובר תאוצה ומעלה סוגיות רבות וחשובות על הפרק, כשלא מעט דילמות נידונות בין
ארגון העובדים, ההנהלה ומשרד האוצר.
