עדכון ארגון העובדים בעניין הזקנים

הודעה בעניין הזקנים:

בפסק דין מפורט במיוחד קבע היום כבוד השופט דורון יפת כי הוראות הזקנים שניתנו לעובדי מערך הכבאות בטלות.

השופט הנחה את נציב הכבאות שיש להוציא הנחיות כגון אלו בתקנות. בית המשפט נתן ארכה של חודשיים, עד לתאריך 5.11.2021, שבה יכול נציב הכבאות להביא לתקנות בנושא, תקנות שאותן יתקין השר.

במידה ועד לתאריך היעד לא יותקנו התקנות לא יחולו מגבלות על עובדים המעוניינים לגדל זקן מבחינה רפואית/דתית.
