על פי המתווה יתקיים אימון התלת פעם בשנה כשאופן התשלום לגביו יהיה זהה לתשלום עבור אימוני התלת של מים זורמים, וזאת עד להחלטת ועדת היגוי עם ההנהלה והאוצר שתבחן את הנושא ותדון בתשלום קבוע ומיטיב לעובדים.
