מספר עדכונים לאור יחסי העבודה במערך הכבאות

להלן מספר עדכונים מפי ארגון העובדים לאור מערכת יחסי העבודה במערך:

ראשית נעדכן שלא קיבלנו (וכנראה שגם לא נקבל) כל התייחסות מנציב הכבאות לפניות שהעברנו אליו.
משמעות ההתעלמות הבוטה היא לא אחרת מאשר זלזול בעובדות ועובדי המערך ולכן אנו מקיימים פגישות עם גורמי המשרד הממונה וכן עם גורמי ההסתדרות.
בימים הקרובים נעדכן בזום את יושבי הראש באשר לכל ההתפתחויות והם יעדכנו את העובדים בתחנות.

במקביל אנחנו ממשיכים לפעול במספר נושאים:

א - תוכנית פרישה

התוכנית שהופצה על ידי נציב הכבאות אין בה דבר למעט ניסיון חיסול של דור א׳, דור החלוצים. מדובר ב"תוכנית מדף" שאין בה אלא זלזול וחוסר הערכה כלפי אלה שהניחו את אבני הדרך למערך הכבאות הנוכחי.
ברור מאוד מהן כוונתו של נציב הכבאות - כניסה לנעלי ארגון העובדים, הגוף האמון, בין היתר, גם על תנאי הפרישה המוקדמת של העובדים אותם הוא נבחר לייצג בחוק.
עובדי דור א׳ מתבקשים להמתין מספר חודשים, אנחנו עושים הכל על מנת שתוכלו לפרוש באופן ראוי ובראש מורם.

ב. סמכויות קרפ"ר

בוואקום שנוצר במערך הכבאות ועל אף ההסכמות על שיתוף הפעולה, המצב הולך ומדרדר גם כאן. עובדים נפגעים או מאויימים בעבירות משמעת. אני מזכיר לכולם: כל פניה לקרפ״ר תהיה לאחר התייעצות עם הוועד המקומי והוועד הארצי בלבד.

ג. השכר

סוכמו מספר נושאים (קיצור שבוע עבודה, פעימת הסכם ארוחות ועוד), טרם ניתן לבשר על מועד כניסתם לשכר.

עובדים יקרים,
אנחנו עדים לגל העזיבה הגדול ביותר שידע מאז ומעולם מערך הכבאות, עזיבות בכל הסקטורים. יש לכך קשר ישיר לפגיעות הרבות בשכר ובתנאים וגם בכך נטפל.
