בית הדין לעבודה חייב את ההנהלה לבדוק את פערי השכר בתוך חודש

עשרות עובדים מ״דור ג׳ איגודי״ שהועברו בחודשים האחרונים ממערכת אוטומציה למערכת מל״מ נפגעו באלפי שקלים בשכרם.

על פי הערכה, כמאה עובדים נפגעו בשכר חודש ינואר (1000 עד 4000 ש״ח) לאחר שהועברו למערכת מל״מ. כתוצאה ישירה מאותו מעבר לא שולמו סמלים שונים, לא ניתנו תוספות כדין ועוד.

העברת העובדים למל״ל היתה באופן גורף וחד צדדי, וללא כל שיח מול ארגון העובדים.

פניותיהם של יו״ר ארגון העובדים ויו״ר הסתדרות המעו״ף גיל בר טל אל ההנהלה ואל מנכ״ל המשרד לבט״פ מר תומר לוטן להקפיא את המהלך עלו בתוהו ולפיכך יתקיים היום דיון בנושא בבית הדין.

את ארגון העבודים מלווים האקטואר אבי עייש והמחלקה הכלכלית של ההסתדרות.

תוצאות הדיון: בית הדין חייב את ההנהלה לבדוק את פערי השכר שיועברו לידיה בתוך חודש ימים.

על כל עובד לפנות אל הוועד המקומי ולפרט בפניו מהן הפגיעות שעולות מהמעבר למערכת מל״מ, ניתן לפנות אל חברי הוועדים לעזרה.

בסיום הדיון אמר יו״ר ארגון העובדים אבי אנקורי:

״שוב בחרה ההנהלה לדרוש את מחיקת התיק ולהתעלם מהבעיות, למרבה "ההפתעה" חשב המשרד אלי בראל חזר בו מאמירתו שיש כאן חריגות שכר ותיקן את עצמו כי יש בעיות טכניות...

 

הובהר להנהלה באופן חד משמעי כי בכל מקרה בו מייחסים לעובד חריגת שכר, אין אפשרות להפחיתה ללא הליך שימוע ותגובה מקדימה לכל החלטה בנושא.

 

ביחס להפחתות שבוצעו בשכר העובדים בחודש האחרון המדינה הבהירה כי חלק ניכר מהן נובע מתקלות טכניות וחלקן מהווה תיקון טעויות בתשלומי השכר (לא חריגות שכר) כל עובד שלא ברור לו תלוש השכר לאחר המעבר, שייקח את התלוש, עם דף ועט ויעלה מסודר על הכתב את הבעיות שיש, יפנה לוועד המקומי שיעביר את הדברים לבדיקתנו.

 

חשוב לציין, יש לבצע בדיקות אלה גם בקרב עובדי מנהלה / מטה / הנדסאים מהנדסים שהם עובדים עוברים, אשר הועברו גם כן למערכת שכר של המדינה במיוחד לקראת יישום מודל תגמול תמרוץ הצפוי להחתם בהסכם הקיבוצי הקרוב״.
