ארנון בר דוד: אחרי חמש שנים יש הנהלה שאפשר לדבר איתה, נביא הסכם קיבוצי חדש לעובדי המערך עוד השנה

יו"ר ההסתדרות ארנון בר דוד היה שלשום אורח הכבוד בכנס הוועדים שהתקיים בכפר המכביה ברמת גן. לעיני כ-60 חברי מזכירות וחברי ועדים מכל הארץ נשא בר דוד נאום ארוך, בו ניכר היה כי גם הוא מרוצה מאוד מהשינוי שחל לאחרונה בהנהלת מערך הכבאות: "זו תעודת כבוד למדינת ישראל שמינתה כבאי לעמוד בראשותו של מערך הכבאות. לשמחתי, מעתה יהיה לי עם מי לדבר".

בר דוד לא יכול היה שלא להתייחס למה שקרה בכבאות בשנים האחרונות: "מה שקרה כאן חמש שנים היה לא נורמאלי. בכל השיחות שקיימתי עם נציב הכבאות הקודם הוא לא היה מוכן להקשיב ולהסכים לדבר, הוא תמיד חשב שהוא יודע הכול. הסברתי לו שגם אני הייתי בוגר בה"ד 1 ולא רק הוא, ולכן לא ברור לי איך שניים שהוכשרו להוביל אנשים עושים זאת בצורה כל כך מנוגדת, לצערי הוא פשוט לא רצה להקשיב ולהתקדם, חבל". בר דוד לא חסך גם מילות ביקורת קשות על סמנכ"ל משאבי האנוש שסיים את תפקידו: "אני שמח שאדון שפירא הלך, הוא היה חלק מהרוח הרעה ואתם יכולים להקליט אותי ולשלוח לו הודעה".

בר דוד התייחס גם לעתיד ופירט איך הוא רואה את הדברים מנקודת מבטו: "יש לכם היום בהנהלה הבכירה אנשים שצמחו מתוככם, כשבראש עומד הנציב עצמו שהיה כבאי, חבל שנבצר ממנו להגיע לכאן היום. אני בטוח שהם, יחד עם ועד העובדים ואיתנו, יעשו הכל כדי להצעיד את המערך הזה ועובדיו קדימה, מגיעה לכם תקופה טובה ושקטה וכך יהיה". בר דוד שזכה למחיאות כפיים ממושכות לאורך נאומו לא שכח להדוף את הביקורת על כך שההסתדרות לא השביתה את המשק בזמנים הקשים שהיו בכבאות: "אני מודע לביקורות, עמדנו בלחצים כבדים אבל אנחנו גם צריכים להיות אחראים. היום ההסתדרות במקום אחר, אנחנו כבר לא שורפים צמיגים ושערי מפעלים לפני שדיברנו ומיצינו את כל האפשרויות. אם יורים טילים כאלה זה צריך להיעשות אחרי שכלו כל הקיצין באמת. לשמחתי אנחנו כבר במקום אחר. כמו שהבאנו בדיוק עכשיו הסכם קיבוצי לאנשי מד"א, כך נביא גם לעובדי הכבאות! ולא אקבל שום דחייה בנושא. יחד עם אנקורי, דדון, פישר ושאר החברים נביא הסכם

מעולה".

יו"ר ארגון העובדים רס"ר אבי אנקורי דיבר ארוכות גם הוא, תוך שהוא מתייחס בעיקר לעתיד לבוא: "סיימנו תקופה שאף אחד לא ירצה לזכור. למרות שניסו להכחיד אותנו אנחנו כאן, בכל הכוח. תמיד האמנתי בצדקת הדרך, לא יכולים לשבור אותי עם דיונים משמעתיים ותפירת תיקים, גם לא עם זה ששנתיים אין לי משכורת. הדבר היחיד שיכול לשבור אותי הוא שיום יבוא ואדע שאין לעובדי המערך המדהים הזה ועד עובדים יותר".

במשך כל היום אנקורי ענה על שאלות רבות ומגוונות: "ישנה חשיבות רבה שתשאלו את השאלות, תקבלו את התשובות ותורידו את זה למטה לשטח, זה תפקידכם, לקשר ביננו לבין העובדים. חובה על איש ועד לשלוט בחומר ולתת תשובות ופתרונות לעובדים. העובדים רואים בכם דמות שצריכה לפתור עבורם בעיות וזו חובתכם. תוך מספר חודשים נביא הסכם חדש בו נדאג לכל הרבדים במערך, אני בטוח שזה יהיה הסכם פורץ דרך של ממש".

בימים האחרונים ניתנה הוראת ביצוע להטענת כרטיסי הביגוד והציפייה היא שכבר לפני החג הם אכן יוטענו. בנוסף, עם החתימה על "ההסכם הקטן" (לא ההסכם הקיבוצי) שצפויה בקרוב, ישולמו לעובדים הפרשי מענקי הכלכלה וה-1.9% רטרו, על פי הערכה גסה ינוע התשלום עבור שני המרכיבים יחד בין 11,000 - 8,000 ש"ח לעובד. עוד סוכם לא מזמן עם הממונה על השכר שתשלום הכלכלה ("הארוחות") יהיה מעתה  לפי תשע משמרות ולא שבע, כפי שהיה נהוג עד כה, מה שיגדיל את התשלום בכמה מאות שקלים לשנה.
