פגישה ראשונה בין נציב הכבאות ויו"ר ארגון העובדים

אתמול  (רביעי) התקיימה פגישת עבודה ראשונה בין נציב הכבאות, רב טפסר אייל כספי, לבין יו"ר ארגון העובדים, רס"ר אבי אנקורי.

הפגישה, שנמשכה כשעה ורבע, נערכה באווריה מעולה כשכבר בתחילתה הובהר על ידי השניים כי הכבאות הולכת מכאן והלאה ואין לנו מה לעסוק בענייני העבר.

אנקורי אמר בסיום הפגישה כי לזה בהחלט הוא ציפה: "כך בדיוק צריכה להתנהל מערכת היחסים, העבודה והקשרים בין נציב הכבאות וארגון העובדים, הכרנו את זה בעבר וכך זה יהיה בעתיד. סוף סוף ישנו שיח כנה וישר כשטובת המערך והעובדים לנגד כולם גם יחד. אנחנו נחושים יותר מתמיד לעשות כאן טוב, זה מגיע לעובדי המערך המסורים שלנו".
