עדכון: שי לחג, הסכם הביגוד וה"הסכם הקטן"

עובדות ועובדים יקרים, להלן מספר עדכונים:

רווחה ושי לחג - בתקופה האחרונה נעשו מאמצים רבים מצד ארגון העובדים לאחד את מתנת ההנהלה ומתנת הוועד המקומי אך לצערנו הדבר לא צלח, בעיקר מפאת חוסר הזמן שנותר להנהלה החדשה לטפל בנושא. לכן, סוכם בין הארגון להנהלה כי מתנת חג של 360 ש"ח תוענק לכל עובד על גבי כרטיס נטען. נושאים אלה ונושאי רווחה נוספים יידונו בקרוב בין ארגון העובדים להנהלה.

הטענת כרטיס הביגוד -  כרטיסי הביגוד מוטענים מדי שנה בחודשים פברואר וספטמבר. בפברואר האחרון לא הוטענו הכרטיסים כשברור לכל שהדבר אינו תלוי בארגון העובדים. לאחר פניה לאוצר לא נותר לנו אלא להמתין לתשובה שתתקבל בנושא בימים הקרובים.

"הסכם קטן" - עוד לפני חג הפסח תתקיים פגישה בנושא בין כלל הגורמים הרלוונטיים. אנו מאמינים מאוד שבפגישה זו יפתרו המחלוקות, ייחתם ההסכם ויתאפשר תשלום הארוחות וה1.9%.
