אתמול התקיימה פגישה חשובה בין סגן נציב הכבאות, טפסר שמעון בן נר, לבין חברי הוועדים והמזכריות במחוז צפון.

בפגישה השתתף גם יו"ר ארגון העובדים, רס"ר אבי אנקורי.

בפגישה הועלו בפני סגן הנציב סוגיות רבות שנוגעות לשיפור תנאי הרווחה וההעסקה במחוז צפון וכן סוגיות ארציות כלליות שבהן יש לטפל בעדיפות ראשונה.

חלק נכבד מהפגישה עסק בכניסה למשא ומתן על הסכם קיבוצי חדש ומיטיב לכלל עובדות ועובדי מערך הכבאות.
