התשלום עבור הסכם הארוחות ופעימת ה-1.9% ממתין להחלטת ההנהלה

לפניכם מספר עדכונים לגבי חלק מהנושאים בהם דן בימים אלה ארגון העובדים מול האוצר וההנהלה.

 

ראשית, ״ההסכם הקטן״ - ארבעה מתוך חמישה נושאים סגורים ומסוכמים ואלה הם:

הסעיף שעליו עדיין קיימת מחלוקת הוא המעבר של הכבאים הפצועים לעבודת ליום. דרישת ההנהלה והאוצר היא שכבאים שנפצעו יצטרכו לבצע עד 41 שעות בפועל ללא תשלום בעוד שארגון העובדים מתנגד לכך. המחלוקת הזו היא שעוצרת כרגע את התשלום עבור הסכם הארוחות וה-1.9% מכיוון שהדברים קשורים זה בזה.
