בוועדה נקבע כי אופי התשלום עבור המשך משמרת לעובדי דור ג' ועובדי בט"פ יהיה בערך של 225% החל מהשעה השנייה.

הנושא עלה לאחר אירוע השריפות החריג בהרי ירושלים שכן אז חושבו השעות להן זכאים הכבאים בצורה אחרת מהמוסכם.
