בשיחת זום שנערכה אתמול (שלישי) בערב בין חברי מזכירות ארגון העובדים ויושבי ראש הוועדים בתחנות אמר יו״ר ארגון העובדים אבי אנקורי: ״אני יודע שאנחנו עומדים בפני שינוי מרענן וטוב למערך״.

 

 

שיחת הזום שהפכה בתקופת הקורונה לכלי יעיל ומלכד ביותר עסקה בשני נושאים מרכזיים: נציב הכבאות החדש והבעיות הרבות שהותירה כאן ההנהלה הקודמת. כהונתו של אנקורי שהוארכה ממש לאחרונה תהיה חופפת לכהונתו של נציב הכבאות הנכנס - כהונות מקבילות בנות חמש שנים, דבר שיאפשר ויחייב שיח ארוך ומתמשך שיתבסס על אמון מלא בין השניים.

אנקורי ציין כי הוא מודע לתסכול הרב שקיים בקרב לא מעט אנשים שעוזבים בימים אלה את המערך:  ״הם מתוסכלים מאוד מכך שלא נבחר נציב כבאות משלהם והם יעשו מאמצים אדירים להתסיס ולייצר פרובוקציות מבחוץ, הם ינסו להראות שהבעיות ביחסי העבודה נמשכות ושארגון העובדים הוא זה שאשם במצב. אז לאותם אנשים אני יכול לומר שהם כנראה חושבים שאנחנו תמימים מדי, חבל להם לבזבז אנרגיה. נוכיח שעם שיח הגון ואמיתי ניתן לייצר כאן יחסי עבודה תקינים ואף פרובוקציות חיצוניות לא ישפיעו לרעה, הם את שלהם בכבאות סיימו״.
