בטקס שייערך היום (חמישי) בנציבות הכבאות של ישראל ימונה טפסר אייל כספי לנציב הכבאות ה-15 של מדינת ישראל ויועלה לדרגת רב טפסר.

כספי יהיה לנציב הכבאות הראשון שגדל בשירותי הכבאות והפך מכבאי לנציב - הישג מרשים.

כהונתו של כספי תולה תקוות גדולות בקרב עובדי המערך שחוו חמש שנים מהקשות שידעו, חמש שנים בהן יחסי העבודה בין ועד העובדים להנהלה היו מהגרועים שידע המערך לדורותיו.
