ארגון העובדים הכריז על עיצומים במערך הכבאות

החל ממחר, יום רביעי 14.6.2023, יחלו צעדים ארגוניים במערך הכבאות וזאת בעקבות הסחבת וגרירת הרגליים של פקידי האוצר בכל הקשור לתנאי השכר והרווחה של עובדי המערך, לרבות קביעות האוצר בנושא חריגות השכר.
במכתב ששיגר היום יו"ר הארגון לעובדי המערך הוא גם ציין כי העיצומים הם גם בעקבות התנהלותם הכוחנית הפוגעת והמתעמרת של מספר מפקדים אשר ממשיכים לצעוד בדרך שאפיינה את המערך בקדנציה של ההנהלה הקודמת.

בין הצעדים שיינקטו תחילה:

1. לא יונפקו טפסי 4.

2. לא יינתנו אישורי רישוי עסקים.

3. לא יינתנו אישורים לאירועים חד פעמיים.

4. לא יבוצעו עבודות תחזוקה בתחנה.

5. לא יבוצעו טיפולים שבועיים (למעט עניינים בטיחותיים).

6. לא יתקיימו הדרכות חוץ.

7. כבאים לא יאבטחו אירועים אלא אם כן יאושר באופן חריג.

8. צעדים פרטניים בתחנות ובמחוז ספציפיים שיאושרו על ידי ועדת החריגים.
